Selling
Resell Your Items
We are always looking for new pre-loved items to sell. Some of the more popular/common brands we look for are Chanel, Cartier, Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Gucci, Fendi, and Dior. We are open to other brands so feel free to send over any photos of items you are interested in selling.
We offer a two different options for selling your pre-loved items.
1) Sell to LDV for upfront payment to put toward your next luxury fling!
2) Earn even more when you opt for payment in LDV Credit.
How the process works:
Get an offer for your items by sending us some photos. Then ship your items for payment in one to two business days, after it has been received and authenticated.
We will authenticate and inspect your items and send payment options within 48 hours.
We use a third-party authentication process. At times, there is a delay, but typically, we are able to get authentication within 24 hours.
If the photos do not accurately depict the condition of the item, we will send you an updated offer, or you can request the item to be returned. If you request a return, you will be responsible for the shipping cost. We will send you an invoice through PayPal and you can submit payment.
If your item is deemed inauthentic/counterfeit, you will be given an option for it to be returned to you or disposed of. We do not condone or participate in the use or selling of counterfeit products as it is illegal and punishable by law. All costs incurred for authentication and return shipping will be invoiced.
We are unable to purchase any item that has had repairs by a third party. Repairs done by the manufacturer will be considered.
What photos to send:
Include all corners
Include all trim
Include handles
Any watermarks or scuffs
Any damage to the item
All tags, receipts, etc
The more photos the more accurate the quote!

Return Policy
Returns
Due to the special nature of our business, we do not accept returns. All purchases are final. We describe our bags very accurately and request that you ask all questions before you make a purchase. We will gladly answer any questions you have as well as provide additional pictures upon request.
Refunds
We do not give any refunds as we do not accept returns and all purchases are final sale without exception. Our team of authentication experts inspect and authenticate every bag before it is shipped to our clients. If bags are purchased second-hand we will provide authentication certificates with the bag. Bags purchased directly from Louis Vuitton or Chanel Boutiques will include a copy of the receipt. We do not sell replicas or counterfeit bags as this is illegal.
